The two candidates for the New York 19th Congressional District seat being vacated by Chris Gibson met Monday night at the Woodstock Playhouse to discuss the issues facing the district. Republican John Faso and Democrat Zephyr Teachout spoke about those issues, and their differences on a number of subjects, in a debate moderated by Capital Tonight's Liz Benjamin and Nick Reisman.
